After the initial free telephone conference, should you wish to instruct our barrister and you have returned the signed client care letter, your barrister will arrange a telephone or Skype conference call to discuss your case, go through your papers, obtain your instructions and provide you with legal advice on the merits of the case.
The usual practice for you and your barrister is to communicate via email correspondence until the work is complete.
We generally provide you with 2-3 telephone conferences as part of our fixed costs for work to be carried out.
Should you require further telephone conference with your barrister, this can be arranged for you at cost.
